Go to the IT Service Desk, either in person or virtually through our online ticketing system. You can find the link to the IT Service Desk on our company intranet or by contacting our IT support team. staff support desk

Submit a New Equipment Request

Once you're at the IT Service Desk, click on the "Submit New Request" option or select "Equipment Request" from the available request types.Click on Equipment

This will open up a form which will allow you to file a request for the new equipment you require

Describe what you are after in the boxes and hit 'Create'.

Provide Details of Your Request

In the request form, provide specific details about the equipment you need. This includes the type and quantity of equipment, any preferred specifications or brands, and any additional accessories required (e.g., keyboard, mouse, docking station, etc.).

Justification and Approval

For tracking and budgeting purposes, it's essential to provide a brief justification for your equipment request. Once your request is approved, the IT team will process the order and arrange for the delivery and setup of the equipment to your designated workspace. Please allow for standard processing and delivery times.
