Once you're at the IT Service Desk, click on the "Submit New Request" option or select "Equipment Request" from the available request types.
Provide Details of Your Request
In the request form, provide specific details about the equipment you need. This includes the type and quantity of equipment, any preferred specifications or brands, and any additional accessories required (e.g., keyboard, mouse, docking station, etc.).
Justification and Approval

Delivery and Setup

Return or Repurpose Old Equipment (if applicable)
If you're replacing existing equipment, please follow the IT team's instructions regarding the return or repurposing of the old equipment. This helps with recycling efforts and ensures that company assets are properly managed.
