At times, it may be necessary to terminate user accounts within the software application. Follow these instructions to ensure a proper and secure account termination process:
Review Cancellation Policy
Before proceeding, gather all necessary information related to terminating an account.
Close the account
Go to your profile.
Select Settings > Subscription
Choose Close account
Data Removal (If Applicable)
Select whether you want to delete or anonymize any data associated with the account, as per data retention policies and legal requirements. If you choose to retain the data, you may open your account again in the future without losing information.
